My story
I am a Cincinnati, OH native and graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH.
My major at Miami was Special Education, and I have been inspired to help individuals with disabilities since my days in high school. I currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana with my wife Maria, but we frequently visit Cincinnati to see friends and family. Oh, we also live with our two cats, Bernard and Biscuit (cannot go without mentioning).
Two of my best friends from my hometown have special needs and are an important part of my life; this is what inspired me to write a book on the topic. My other biggest passion is for sports, specifically cheering for my favorite Cincinnati teams and doing play-by-play commentary for football, basketball, and baseball games.
I currently work in sales and I’m doing this writing/sports commentary thing on the side. I’m aware that the content I plan to put out doesn’t necessarily fit into a specific “box,” and I’m okay with that. Here are a few things you can expect from following me:
- Strategies and tips for personal growth
- How to empower and support the special needs and disabled communities
- Entertainment in the sports arena
I hope that regardless of what brought you to the site initially, you find value in it!
